Your choice of location and facilities will have a huge impact on the success of your business meetings.  A Virtual Office Meeting Pro program will provide you with the meeting rooms, equipment and support staff you need to impress your clients, colleagues or investors.  You’ll have access to fully equipped boardrooms, conference rooms, and meeting offices when you need them and where you need them without the long-term commitment or capital expenditure of a traditional lease.

You will have five meeting rooms styles to suit your needs:

• Boardrooms – for meetings of 2 to 20 with a full range of audio visual equipment and presentation tools.
• Conference Rooms – for meetings of 2 to 6 in a smaller, more intimate setting.
• Private Offices – for meetings of 1 to 3 or as an as-needed workspace.
• Therapy Rooms – desk and comfortable couch for a more intimate meeting up to 4 people
• Training Rooms – for training sessions for up to 20 at our Bala Cynwyd, Radnor and Plymouth Meeting locations.

Meeting Pro Program Includes:

• Use of 5 hours a month* in a Private Office,  Conference Room or Boardroom in any of our 6 Philadelphia area locations.
• Additional meeting room time at your preferential rate.
• Access to meeting rooms by the hour, day or week at any of our 600 affiliate locations worldwide.
• An online reservation system that allows you to sign in, choose a location, date and time and reserve your room.
