Reserved Business Continuity
The AEC Safebase Reserve plan provides for affordable business resumption coverage in the event of a disaster that leaves your employees without access to their workplace. With this plan in place, businesses offering critical services to their clients - such as law and accounting firms - can be assured that they have a permanent offsite Safebase location to house their VPN and access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For a monthly fee of $1,585.00, the AEC Safebase Reserve Plan includes:
- One office furnished with an Executive Workstation
- Access to High Speed Internet for VPN
- One, eight-hour Test Session in a meeting room at an AEC location
- Priority access to additional private offices and meeting rooms in the event of a disaster
- Access to all other AEC Services, billed at preferential in house client rate
- One hour of IT support per month
In the event of a disaster, the Client will have access to additional work spaces on a weekly basis at a rate of $250 per person/per week. Terms and conditions of our lease and service agreement and internet agreement will apply immediately.
