Business Continuity Plan 1

The AEC Safebase Recovery plan provides for affordable business resumption coverage in the event of a disaster that leaves your employees without access to their workplace.   With this plan in place, businesses offering critical services to their clients - such as law and accounting firms - can be assured that they have contracted arrangements in place for alternative locations and the continuity of services in the event of an emergency.

For an annual fee of $499.00, the AEC Safebase Recovery Plan includes:

  • One, eight-hour Test Session in a meeting room at an AEC location
  • Access to High Speed Internet to test data restoration
  • Priority access to private offices and meeting rooms in the event of a disaster
  • Access to all other AEC Services, billed at preferential in-house client rate
  • Two hours of IT support

In the event of a disaster, the Client will have access to work space on a weekly basis at a rate of $250 per person/per week.  Terms and conditions of our lease and service agreement and internet agreement will apply immediately.
