AMERICAN EXECUTIVE CENTERS NAMES RYAN DUGAN AS NEW LEASING MANAGER

PHILADELPHIA (August 9, 2011) - American Executive Centers, the Delaware Valley's premier office business center, has announced the promotion of Ryan Dugan from Leasing Agent to Leasing Manager. As Leasing Manager, Dugan will oversee and support sales activity for all seven American Executive Centers locations, including, Philadelphia, Bala Cynwyd, Plymouth Meeting, King of Prussia, Radnor, Malvern, and Marlton, NJ. Additionally, Dugan will be accountable for on-going sales support for Center Managers, which will involve creating and presenting motivational sales training workshops, as well as lease negotiations. Dugan will also develop leasing policies, conduct tours of the company's office business centers, and report leasing activity to accounting and corporate, among additional responsibilities.
