I had never heard of an office complex like AEC when I began looking for an office for my law practice in late 2003. I spent 3 months looking for space to sublet until somebody told me about AEC, so I visited the Exton location.
I found the virtual tenant program exactly what I wanted since I was and intend to remain a sole practitioner with only a computer for "staff". I only need office space when I meet with prospective clients to discuss Wills and other Estate Planning matters; and when I meet with clients who are ready to sign their documents. I do all my drafting and research in my home office.
AEC has provided other services which I have found useful: people who can serve as witnesses for Estate Planning documents; telemarketing; telephone support by taking messages; computer program advice; and marketing services.
In addition, clients of mine have mentioned to me how pleasant and responsive all the staff members are. They have said that they all seem ready to help. That's my experience also. Being a "virtual tenant" at AEC works out great for me!
