I can't believe it's been a year since I moved to the Penn Center location of AEC from a competitor's location across the street. The difference in both environment and value is absolutely amazing, and, as we have discussed in the past, I wish I had been here the entire time.

The best part of the experience for me has been the professional, competent staff, most of whom have been here long-term and are extremely accommodating. I never have to worry that if I need to have something done, that it will be handled in a timely and accurate manner, or if I have special requests such as leaving packages in my office for after-hours pickup, that they will be honored. This clearly separates you from your competitor, who had frequent turnover and staff that were pleasant, but not particularly well-trained for a professional, corporate-quality environment. Reliability and accuracy were definitely issues for me during my 18-month stint elsewhere.

Since I travel so much, having amenities such as a phone answering service and voicemail forwarded to email included in my lease are both convenient and valuable. I did not have the phone answering service while leasing from your competitor because it was an "additional service," but since moving to AEC, callers have commented both on how professional it is as well as how friendly and helpful the staff are. I like that I can fill in a travel log and callers can be directed on how best to reach me when I am away, no matter who answers the phone. Additionally, I don't feel like I'm "nickeled-and-dimed" for every little thing I need-it's so nice to have just a few hours of conference space per month included, and not to have to worry about automatic and unreasonable escalations in pricing every few months or a huge hard-sell to renew months in advance-especially in a down economy. Most of all, our invoices are always CORRECT and are sent to the right place at the right time.

As you know, I've recommended AEC to at least two members of my professional network, and I will continue to recommend AEC in the future. I am always happy to be a reference for you-both your service and your value are absolutely outstanding!
