ormally, we write blog posts that address why current economic-trends are increasing the need for flexible office-space and virtual office space, offer tips on how small businesses and start-ups can grow their businesses, and help our clients with networking.
Here, however, we wanted to highlight a piece of news that makes us very happy - and to thank all of our clients at the same time.
We've been in business for more than thirty years, and we make it a practice to ask our clients to review us every six months. It's a great way to know what we do well, what we need to improve, and how we can help clients more effectively. We first just wanted to thank everyone who responded! Your answers are how we can best understand and fulfill your needs.
Overall, we are very pleased with the results of the most-recent survey (in which all respondents were anonymous and stated only their industries and which of our seven locations they use):
- 85% of our office clients responded to the request for a review
- 99% would recommend us to a friend
- 85% use our enhanced call-answering and screening services
- 67% of our customers use two or more of our business-support services
- 100% of former Regus customers prefer American Executive Centers
Feedback like this brought smiles to our faces:
"We are very satisfied with AEC, especially since we have unique needs being mostly virtual and needing assistance with some of our off-site people. The receptionists are great, personable and do a very nice job. Sally is friendly and helpful as well. I also like getting my voicemails emailed to me - much more convenient. The parties are a nice way to socialize with other clients too and they do a great job putting them together. Upgrades look great... All the AEC staff is wonderful to work with, fun and very helpful. We really have a nice bunch of people right now."
And this comment we also enjoyed:
"I find that all of your employees are extremely helpful and willing to assist when needed. In addition they seem to enjoy working there and have a pleasant attitude which makes the environment a motivating place to work. You seem genuinely interested in making sure that your tenants are happy."
Of course, no one (or no company!) is perfect. The feedback on the review contained specific requests and suggestions for improvement, and we are working to address them. But overall, it is nice to know that we are doing a good job. After all, our purpose is to serve our clients in any way that we can!
